Concetta Defa

Concetta Defa began her career as an apprentice electrician with IBEW Local 354 in 1996. Since completing her apprenticeship, she has been a journey worker, supervisor, project manager, and various other roles in the industry. She is currently the Assistant Business Agent for the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Local 354 and remains passionate about the opportunities as a skilled and proud IBEW Journeywoman in the field.

She enjoys mentoring others in the industry, whether an apprentice working to become a journey worker or those who want to pursue a leadership role with the union, employer, or community.
