Utah Women in Trades connects people with the training, resources, mentorship, and opportunities they need to build careers in the skilled trades.

Our Mission

Utah Women in Trades works to increase access to careers in the skilled trades, with a focus on supporting women and others who have historically been underrepresented in construction.

Through training, industry partnerships, mentorship, outreach, and continued support, we help people explore the trades, prepare for apprenticeship, and build lasting careers.

What We Believe

Everyone entering the skilled trades deserves the opportunity to learn, work, and grow in a safe and supportive environment. We believe stronger pathways into apprenticeship and meaningful careers strengthen workers, families, our industry, and our communities.
